Referral Program Terms

Welcome to our Referral Program. By participating, you agree to these terms:

1. Referral Payments

You are entitled to Ksh 700 for each successful referral.

2. Verification Process

All referred accounts must be active and using the system. Our team will verify that referred accounts are:

• Are not self referral
• Actively using our services
• Not fraudulent or created solely for referral benefits
• During registration, please ensure you clearly indicate if you are referring a customer. Customers who join and later learn about our referral program often try to assign a friend as their referrer, even when they were not actually referred. This is strictly prohibited. Referrals must be declared at the time of registration, and we will not accept referral claims after an account has already been registered

3. Bonus Payments

Bonuses will only be paid for verified active accounts and top 3 account weekly referrers. If the account won't be having any transactions you won't be paid the 20% bonus only the Ksh 700 will be paid.

Monthly Bonus Qualification: To qualify for the monthly bonus, you must have referred at least 5 active accounts during that month. If you do not meet this minimum requirement, you will only receive the base payment of Ksh 700 per referral without any bonus.

4. Referral Limits

There is no limit to how many people you can refer. However, we reserve the right to investigate unusually high volumes of referrals.

5. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or announcements on our platform.

6. Payment Schedule

Referral bonuses are calculated weekly and monthly.Weekly payments are made on Friday. Monthly bonuses will be paid on every 5th the next month. Payments are processed according to our standard payment schedule.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake accounts
• Using misleading tactics to gain referrals
• Referring existing customers under new accounts
• Any form of spamming or unsolicited marketing

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate participation in the referral program for any user found violating these terms.
